  16.   It seems that the only problem that you are having is getting the person 
  17. to agree to send the items to you COD.  Perhaps this person that you are 
  18. accusing of a possible ripoff is just being careful him/her self to protect 
  19. from getting stuck with the COD charges.

  21.   At least you should post the name of the person that you are having 
  22. difficulty with, and ask them to respond to it publicly instead of leaving 
  23. it open to speculation.

  25.   And of course the persons involved should take into consideration the 
  26. price of the item when dickering about COD or prepay.  If the item (say a 
  27. disk drive) is under $40.00 whats the big deal about COD?  If there is a 
  28. problem just contact the authorities about fraud.  No sence in making a 
  29. matter bigger than it already is.

  31.   Ohh and one more thing.  I have found from past experience, that "most" 
  32. people in this newsgroup are pretty straight up in their dealings on the 
  33. net.  Most of the problems you hear about are those that involve big ticket 
  34. items that are sold over the net.
